Entitlement Management

Navigate the land-use approval process with someone coordinating the details. Whether your project needs rezoning, a subdivision plat, site-plan approval, or another entitlement, we organize application requirements, coordinate materials with your project team, communicate with reviewing agencies, track comments and revisions, and follow required meetings, hearings, decisions, and approval conditions. The result is a more organized process from application through agency action.

Permit Management

Keep your project moving through the permit process without losing track of applications, agency comments, or outstanding information. We coordinate permit requirements and submittal packages, communicate with agency reviewers, track fees and status, organize revisions and resubmittals, and maintain the issued approval records. The project architect, engineer, or other qualified professional remains responsible for preparing and certifying required technical documents.

LONO & Encroachment Management

When your work crosses or affects an existing pipeline, utility, railroad, or other third-party facility, you may need the owner's or operator's permission in addition to public permits. We identify affected parties, organize crossing and encroachment requirements, coordinate LONO and approval packages with your team, follow up on comments and revisions, and track approvals through execution. You'll have a clearer picture of outstanding third-party permissions and the items that could affect your construction schedule.

Utility Service Coordination

New or modified utility service can involve multiple provider requests, prerequisites, and schedule dependencies. We help coordinate service applications, account and project information, provider communications, required follow-ups, and outstanding administrative issues so your team can track what is needed and when. Technical designs, service-capacity decisions, and installation remain with the utility provider and responsible professionals.
