Consultation by the Hour

Get focused, one-on-one input on a specific development decision or project issue. During an hourly consultation, we discuss your questions about feasibility, planning, entitlement and permit processes, ROW and utility coordination, GIS, or project delivery using the information available for the session. You'll leave with a clearer understanding of your options, unresolved questions, and practical next steps. Additional research or written work will be scoped separately.
